1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the ZELQENTRA website, you agree to these Terms of Service and the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use account-based features.

2. Platform purpose

ZELQENTRA is being developed to support business discovery, product exploration and connections between buyers, suppliers and business partners. Website content and features may change during development. A visual feature or description does not mean that a service is already operational.

3. Eligibility and account security

You must be legally able to enter into business-related agreements in your jurisdiction and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify the site team if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Accurate business information

You must have authority to submit information on behalf of any business you represent. Do not impersonate another person or company, misrepresent products, certifications, origin, capacity, pricing or verification status, or submit information you do not have the right to share.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the website to commit fraud, send spam, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, interfere with platform security, scrape or harvest information unlawfully, or engage in deceptive, abusive or illegal conduct. You must not attempt to bypass access controls or exploit database policies.

6. Listings and business transactions

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a future written agreement, ZELQENTRA is not the seller, buyer, importer, exporter, carrier, insurer or payment intermediary for transactions between users. Users are responsible for independently checking counterparties, product quality, specifications, certifications, sanctions/export restrictions, taxes, shipping, payment terms and applicable trade laws. No transaction is guaranteed by the website.

7. Verification and platform information

Any verification labels or business information must be interpreted according to the specific checks actually performed and disclosed. A profile, listing, badge, algorithmic match or intelligence-style visual is not a guarantee of identity, solvency, product quality, regulatory compliance or transaction performance. Do not rely on illustrative/demo data as a real offer or market statistic.

8. Intellectual property

The ZELQENTRA name, logo, website design and original platform materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit those materials without permission, except where the law allows. You retain responsibility for ensuring that content you submit does not infringe third-party rights.

9. Third-party services

The website may rely on third-party hosting, authentication, database, communications or other services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies. ZELQENTRA is not responsible for independent third-party services outside its reasonable control.

10. Availability and disclaimers

The current website is a pre-deployment software release. It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may be unavailable, changed or removed. Nothing on the website is legal, tax, customs, investment or professional trade advice.

11. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, comply with law, investigate suspected abuse or address a breach of these terms. You may stop using the website at any time.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, user-to-user disputes, inaccurate user-submitted listings, failed transactions or interruptions caused by third-party networks and services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Changes

These terms may be updated as the platform develops. Continued use after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law. Material changes should be clearly communicated.
